We offer three exquisite household and professional knife series for your kitchen. The Profi and Gourmet series feature premium Solingen-quality blade manufacture: we still forge these knives in the traditional way from a single piece of high-alloy stainless steel. Hardening, grinding and manual honing are carried out in line with the Solingen tradition to which we are committed. Our Klassik series also fulfils the high art of Solingen-style production of cutting implements.
